The suspension on U.S. President Donald Trump’s ban on immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries has been upheld by a panel of judges.
Citing its targeting of Muslims, as well as the possibility of harm if it was reinstated, the judges voted unanimously to keep the suspension in place.
Trump immediately took to Twitter to protest the decision, suggesting he would appeal the decision, and saying he would see them in court.
The ban has been the subject of much controversy as of late, with protesters taking to the streets and to airports where some passengers were detained upon landing to find their visas revoked.
