Today in World History: November 10th

In 1871, on the 10th of November, famous explorer Dr. David Livingstone was located. After disappearing while exploring the African wilderness, the British explorer was found by Henry Morton Stanley. Livingstone, who had disappeared for more than six years by the time he had been found, was very ill when Stanley found him. He refused to return to Britain, and died in Africa in 1873, at the age of 60.
